But years ago when I was a child I was in the parade and it was in the morning. But a few years back I helped give out candy and it was at night so I am not sure why it has been changed. I found the above time and date online.
Rudolph Kingsport, TN	Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #5 Nov 27, 2008 When I was very young (many years ago) the parade was in the evenings about 5:30-6:00 and the downtown stores were the only place to shop. There was no Bristol Mall, Wal-Mart, K-Mart etc. H.P. Kings, Nettie Lee, JC Penny, Woolworths, Mc Croys, Kress Five and dime, Buntings drug store, etc.
