Hey have class action lawsuits against them for unfair treatment of employees and unpaid wages. No benefits, no raises. Their average length of employment is 10 months. About 1/4 fall to from nervous breakdowns. It's a shithole and they are in bed with republican politicians. They are here to rape you blind.

Remember, ignorance is bliss until reality slaps your brains out completely.

The name. The City.

And this says it all: It's a shithole and they are in bed with republican politicians.

Yet another bitter loser who is just too stupid to leave the area. They would rather bitch and moan.

What do you mean by "yet another bitter loser just to stupied to leave"? I agree with the loser part but not following the leave the area part. Could you elaborate please?

This isn't New York, Atlanta, LA or Miami. If you want to make a decent wage for a non-skilled job, you have to go to a city that's large enough to push the cost of living up, but then the added money doesn't go anywhere.

This person was complaining about the pay scale here. There's the door.

Now this is just a MySpace that tells about the class action lawsuit. Type in www.tpclassaction.com or search by teleperformance lawsuits. The newspaper started out calling them teleperformance until all the bad stuff started coming out about them, then they simply started calling them US SOLUTIONS to ward of some of the bad press. Also, it's try, the first news article said "teleperformance to hire 548 people in Bristol tennessee". That's a quote....then BAMM... "well, 348 of those already work for us, but we might add another 200 new jobs."......you do the math. We just bought ourselves some jobs. Now, when we start paying them to work for them, and the townsfolk start defending that type of "Capitalism"...then it might explain why Ron Ramsey is your representative and why the area is like a wasteland for business. No offense to this, but when you look from the outside in, there's like a dark cloud over this area. For almost 100 years, there's been Good old boy business. Thus is one of them. This US solutions has no real reason to move to Bristol except to take the handout......you know, those handouts like food stamps? Only this is handouts for people not wearing rags, but suits and ties...either way, it's going from your pocket to theirs......you just bought an illusion for $5.4 million....you won't even get jobs for your countrymen. You should be appalled. Instead you are angry at me for bringing you the truth. It's not opinion. It's the truth. You are my countrymen. I owe you the truth. This is your $5.4 million that you entrusted your elected officers to spend wisely. This is what they did with it. And how will you respond? No response at all encourages them to do it again, and again and again....for 100 years.. I don't know. For $5.4 million we might have hired our own 200 men for a year rebuilding the stone castle? No, we bought an illusion...

If you are going to be so noble as to save us from ourselves, you should at least try to get the facts straight. The money you are talking about is not tax money. Its private money from US Solutions. THEY are the ones making the investments.

I have lived all over the country. The "good old boy network" is alive and well, everywhere. The "boys" aren't always driving trucks and they aren't always white.

Business leaders and developers do this stuff for a living. If you don't like how its done, you do it. You make the money. You invest your own money. You make the connections and build the relationships to do this. Please, be our guest. Show us all how its done. And while you are at it, bring in some industries that pay great with easy, creative jobs. If it is so easy, lets see how its done.

Thanks for your worldly outlook and your contribution to "saving us from ourselves."

For reference, I have invested money. I do create jobs and I do make money. but I don't do it at tax payers expense.

You are simply quite wrong. This US Solutions is in no way a creator of jobs, it will not add a single job. Not one.

Tis is nothing more than a firm moving its facility to Bristol to pocket the taxpayers money and dodge some tax codes. You gained nothing as a community. Smoke and mirrors.

They are investing night, have no obligation to invest anything, and will not create a single position.

Now, in your well traveled experience, tell me what you got for your $5.4 million. Other than a Liszt of insults and ill tone toward someone who is telling you nothing more than the truth.

Well I (along with many other employees of US Solutions group) am very happy with the move. For one if you want to discuss taxes most of the 300+ people that will be moving with the company live in Tennessee. This means we will no longer have to pay state taxes to a state we do not even live in and an additional $1,000+ annually in take home pay per employee. Second we have back to back training classes scheduled through the end of the year soooooooo your unfounded idea that the company “will not add one job” shows you have no idea what you are talking about. While the move may not benefit you, it is beneficial to the people currently employed and will be beneficial to the Bristol TENNESSEE area! I must admit, you did a nice job putting together that rant…. It almost made you sound intelligent… Good try 

Ok I see now. You were being nice assuming they wanted or would work if they could. The way I see it is no matter the company any bad job pays better than no job when you need work.

I haven't worked for US Solutions or any place like that but more power to those who do. I don't buy into the no raises and crap. If an employee DESERVES additional compensation they will get it. Thats how you keep the good ones. If you have those that are just soaking up the oxygen then you hold them at whatever they make until they leave and you try again to hire a keeper. Too easy.

Anyway I hope the move works out for you and the other employees. The taxes you save will be like a 4%(+ or -) raise.

And you are still too ill-informed to understand who is paying the 5 million. And yes, the company is the creator of jobs, so why the hysterics? Why are you getting your panties in such a wad about this? Again, shut up and get to work. We need real jobs brought to the area, so Mr. Big Mouth, get off your welfare ass and close the deals that bring the companies here. If it is so easy, go do it.

Yep, that's what I thought. You couldn't close a deal if your life depended on it.
