Every single time you vote for a republocan, you vote for the continuation of ABORTION. It was a republican supreme court that legalized abortion and NOT A SINGLE REPUBLICAN HAS EVER EVEN CHALLENGED IT. NOT ONCE. They work all day long to figure out how to get money away frommthempeople and into the pockets of the wealthiest 400 people in America. In the past 20 years, your income has gone up 4%. Theirs has TRIPLED. Republicans aren't the Chapions against abortion, you idiot. They perpetuate it. It's their way of getting youth vote against yourself and your children's freedom. They would NEVER want abortion to go away. NEVER. G to christiandemocrats.org

You misread me altogether and it's not your fault, because I'm a horrible writer. I am in complete agreement with what you wrote. I would never do anything but support a teenage girl who was caught in the toughest spot she could get into....I do help them every month...I hate the pro lifers and I think I'd beat the shit out of one who was hassling a young girl......my point is that republocans actually secretly support abortion but they do it for votes and they will abuse. Women....

I give money every month to theperrycenter.org that supports WHATEVER decision that they make...I send money to help the girl.

I'm a republican....I cringe at abortion, BUT as a man, will never be faced with that incredibly difficult decision. I'm not for or against abortion since I dont have a uterus. I feel pity for the young woman who lives with the decision her whole life. I pray she has peace during her difficult time and that she has strength to make the decision she does.

I won't send money to an abortion clinic....but I belive abortion activists should catch a brick with their heads. Leave the poor women alone.

I'm a republican because of issues OTHER than abortion. I'm also ok with gay marraige. I guess I'm a bit of an oddball when it comes to my party.

I will argue all day long with demorcats over fiscal issues, but you won't hear any argument from me on this one.

I wish you wouldn't assume we are all that way.

Romney is a mormon who doesnt pay taxes..

Who are the 47% of Americans Romney Attacked?

They are probably not the moocher class that Romney envisioned when he made the comments. They are a diverse group and don’t pay federal income tax for a diverse set of reasons:

Mostly, they are either too poor to qualify for even the lowest tax bracket (but still pay federal payroll tax, and state or local sales taxes, gas taxes, and excise taxes), or they benefit from tax credits for the working poor, the elderly, or students.
Active duty military in combat zones
Students
Seniors – one in five of those that pay no federal income taxes are elderly.
Working Americans – 61 percent have jobs and pay 15.3 percent of their income in payroll taxes
Fully 83 percent of those paying no federal income taxes are either working or are elderly.
As Ezra Klein noted, a good many of them appear to pay a higher share of their income in taxes than Mitt Romney himself:

“Among the Americans who paid no federal income taxes in 2011, 61 percent paid payroll taxes — which means they have jobs and, when you account for both sides of the payroll tax, they paid 15.3 percent of their income in taxes, which is higher than the 13.9 percent that Romney paid.”

The Atlantic points out that the 47% are more heavily concentrated in red states than blue ones:

BOTTOM LINE: We need a president of all Americans, not one who writes off nearly half of Americans – seniors, veterans, students, and working people – simply because he believes they are “entitled”“victims” who will “never”“take personal responsibility and care for their lives.”

This "notion" of alienating people, especially by ripping their right to vote out from under them, came from their fearful leader Rush, the mouth, Limbaugh. I remember the day I heard him come up with the idea on his hate radio show. He said" Now, I'm jus bumping aroind the idea, but what if we eliminated votes coming from. Those on any type of federal aid. ". Then his cronies went and did it. Say what you will, the voice of the worthless republican comes from a fat, pill popping, worthless worm, named Rush Limbaugh. One of the worst persons in the world is Mitt Romney and he personifies everything I hate about these individuals. I long for the day that we meet in war. For i see them as being more so the enemy of democracy than any bin Laden ever was.

Since Roe V Wade, we have killed 43 million US citizens. That is over 14% of the total population of this country.

The US has an aging population because we are killing off a large part of three different generations.

And now we are seeing an incompetent president who works every day to strengthen our enemies.

Karma's a b1tch.

This country can actually reduce abortions (and poverty) --- it is just a matter of educating young men and women about birth control and family planning.

Simple answer for a good post. Republocans won't support ANYTHING that deters abortion. All of their policies point a young woman directly at abortion. Including education, birth control, family planning and even adoption. They use abortion as a tool to get votes. They need abortion. Very simple and very truthful. They have NEVER challenged Roe vs Wade and they NEVER will. Everything they do perpetuates abortion.

Shake the hand of a republican politician, and you just shook the hand of a baby killer.

Abortion in the Temple - Numbers 5:14-22
New International Version (NIV)

14 and if feelings of jealousy come over her husband and he suspects his wife and she is impure—or if he is jealous and suspects her even though she is not impure—

15 then he is to take his wife to the priest. He must also take an offering of a tenth of an ephah[a] of barley flour on her behalf. He must not pour olive oil on it or put incense on it, because it is a grain offering for jealousy, a reminder-offering to draw attention to wrongdoing.

16 “‘The priest shall bring her and have her stand before the Lord.

17 Then he shall take some holy water in a clay jar and put some dust from the tabernacle floor into the water.

18 After the priest has had the woman stand before the Lord, he shall loosen her hair and place in her hands the reminder-offering, the grain offering for jealousy, while he himself holds the bitter water that brings a curse.

19 Then the priest shall put the woman under oath and say to her,“If no other man has had sexual relations with you and you have not gone astray and become impure while married to your husband, may this bitter water that brings a curse not harm you.

20 But if you have gone astray while married to your husband and you have made yourself impure by having sexual relations with a man other than your husband”—

21 here the priest is to put the woman under this curse—“may the Lord cause you to become a curse[b] among your people when he makes your womb miscarry and your abdomen swell.

22 May this water that brings a curse enter your body so that your abdomen swells or your womb miscarries.”

“‘Then the woman is to say,“Amen. So be it.”

Footnotes:
Numbers 5:15 That is, probably about 3 1/2 pounds or about 1.6 kilograms
Numbers 5:21 That is, may he cause your name to be used in cursing (see Jer. 29:22); or, may others see that you are cursed; similarly in verse 27

One solution is to get the government out peoples personal lives.

Every situation is different.

Personally I think the subject should be left primarily up to the girl hopefully with some good guidance from her parents.

Thomas, it only takes one post to see you're not an idiot. Thanks.

I literally fainted one time when a friend was describing a third tri mester abortion, NOBODY is for abortion. Some of us just don't think we have the right to inject some stupid crap on top of a scared girl who has an unplanned pregnancy. Ill combat anybody who thinks they do. There's not a single "pastor" withing 100 miles of here that knows any more than me about the bible. I like your post. Hopefully she will have some support.

I'm gonna take 2 minutes to give you the short version of a true story.

Girlfriend of mine. She's 58 naw. At 13 she was basically raped by three older boys. Shared to death she told her "religious military dad". Instead of calling the police , they did nothing. Well, she came up pregnant at 14. They shipped her off to the Salvation Army home for unweds where they treated her like the biggest hunk of garbage. Not one phone call, not one visit from family or friends. Just daily "you're a sinner going to he'll"... Had the baby, onto a bus two days later...never even showed her the baby.....

Tom, here's what I would have done...honest to god...I have a daughter....here goes.....I'd kill all three of the boys and perhaps some of their parents....no question, no joke.....the Salvation Army and those who run it, could be on fire and I wouldn't cross the street to poss on them.....same goes for the Red Cross....I would not give air to a republican or a Souther n baptist if he needed it while stuck in a jug....I hate almost 70% of those who attend church in this area (give me credit because I love the other 30%)...,,,a republican nor churches will DO ONE DAMN thing to help a girl with an unplanned pregnancy....they oppose every single plan that gives women any choices other than abortion......lastly.....if you shake the hand of a republican , you shake the hand of a person who is FOR ABORTION 100%. Everything they do is a lie, everything they are is a lie........

Also, I support gay rights and I have a story about the same sort of thing.....I hate church people , not all but most are worthless human beings..

If a woman decides to not bear a child, be responsible for it financially or emotionally, and not be a mother to the child she helped make, it is called PROCHOICE.

If a man decides to not support a child he helped make, financially or emotionally and decides to nit he a father to that child, he is called a Deadbeat Dad.

Quite the double standard there.
