has anyone heard of the unfair treatment of employess here...i know a girl who just recently had a baby with some health problems..she herself struggled with extremely high blood pressure during her pregnancy..ive worked in the health field before and know how serious this can be for both mom and infant...she was layed off work without pay just one week before her doctor put her on bed rest...they refused and have delayed to do the paper work this woman needs to draw from her insurance for assistance..along with that they misinformed hud and others when she applied for help..help is what she needed in this case..not charity..she has been getting what help she can from family..but she is intitled to what she has payed into..she is about to lose her car and possibly been evicted from her home cause they cant pay the rent...baby has been to serveral doctors and will possibly have to have surgery for a rather large umbilical hernia..she has gurd and formulas have been changed about four times now..hopefully some help will come with the new one..its hard to take a child to a doctor when you have no money to pay the co-pay...the last time she checked on her paper work they told her they had lost or misplaced them..its been over 7 weeks with no help from Bristol Surgical Associates..can anyone tell me who she can see or how to get help to make Bristol Surgical to do what they are supposed to do..

ive heard the office manager there is the problem..she will let you off work to go take care of your dogs or cats..but, your child is a different story..i wish this girl with the child the best..if i hear of anyone or anything ill let you know..has she checked with an attorny..there is also what is called the pregnancy act of 1974 i believe..check with this program..hopefully they can be sued for doing such a thing..best of luck...

ive heard and seen this before...not just with someone being pregnant..i bet i can tell you the name of the woman who has done this to the girl with the baby..she has done the same to another woman there recently..shame to have to work with people like that...but through the grapevine i can also tell you who she sleeps with from that practice...i have an aunt there and she says there is always mistreatment and unfairness in the office..she seems to have her picks reguardless of how well you do your job..hopefully they can get rid of her..maybe notify the labor board or something along that line..

if you have to have surgery stay away from this group. TC Greene about killed me with a botched hysterectomy & then when I ended up back in the hospital with a terrible infection he didn't bother checking on me at all. His associate Dr. Blanton did a second emergency surgery & took out my appendix only to turn around & tell me he took out a good appendix and proceeded further to tell me the signs where of syphilis. Only was I saved by a gastro doc that told me the truth-botched hysterectomy. I tried everything to make sure they never practiced again for the physical & mental anguish I was put through only to find that local attorney's are not going to attempt to prosecute local doctor's for fear of being black balled. I dealt with the office manager too while trying to get my records- mysteriously they disappeared. She's in as thick as thieves too. If you need surgery go to Abingdon, or JC. Stay away from this group. TC Greene sits on the board at Wellmont & Bristol hospital will never think he does anything wrong. I can't stress enough how incompetent & uncaring this group is. Take heed.

the office manager will not do anything to help- I wish I had an answer for you but if you read my previous post you will find this group treats people like scum. i would imagine records will come up missing- such as mine. They are incompetent & the office manager will not help at all. sorry for all of your troubles & i hope you can get compensation soon but I would recommend to stay away from this bunch.

the office manager is sherry..and I have also heard of the unfair treatment that goes on at this practice!! I have also heard that the manager has her pics as to who is her favorites are, and those few get special treatment that others do not.. why dont someone look at the turn over bristol surgical has had in the last year or so.. maybe someone can get the hint as to what and who the problem is!! And as far as her having much compassion for one with children.. she dont have any of her own, so she cant put herself in those shoes..she only has pets.. and let me tell you.. if one of them gets sick.. someone call 911!! but if someones child gets sick.. you get wrote up..its very sad..sherry get your act together!!

Who r u all to judge? I can honestly say that the comments about the office mgr putting pets before children is ridiculous, Because I have a pet as well as children and you love them all regardless if they have 2 legs or 4!!!!!! The office MGR has let me have time off for my children and she has not criticized me or gave me grief and to the topic of the turn over well apparently the people who left or got the boot either didn't like their job or didn't do their job furthermore than that I would get all of you for Slander because that is not fair to put someone down or belittle them because you personally had issues with them! sounds like you all need to grow up and get a life! God made us all different could you imagine what a boring world this would be if he made us all the same!!!!!!! Well apparently the way you all want people made.....to be your way. Maybe you all need to live with the motto of "Treat others as you would want to be treated" Live life to the fullest and leave people alone!!!!!

Okay, seriously.... The whole "This isn't Burger King" thing is a little old and a tad immature. Don't ya think??? No, probably not because it doesn't seem like you are the type that does that,(you know, use the precious little brain that God gave you???) considering how you were so quick to jump and judge without doing so. Lol! And as far as you working in a practice like ours??? I know right? Who would want to work in a practice with an awesome Christmas bonus, a birthday gift card every year, doctors who tell you on a DAILY basis how much they appreciate you, and many other benefits. Ya know, I worked for Wellmont for 8 years and you know what I got??? Laid off!!! I guess that's the better place to work, right? And I just love how you people turn against anyone willing to stand up for BSA. "Oh, you must be getting brownie points!" or "You must be one of those getting special treatment!" Well let me tell you something, "OHPLEASE", I had my first child when I was 18, with the second one following shortly after, and I have worked my butt off since then. I do not, and will never, look for a handout from anyone and could care less about special treatment. Anything I get or receive, I KNOW, I deserve. And anyone at BSA knows that I speak my mind regardless of the situation. You can say what you want about our office manager, but you know, as well as the rest of you "UNEDUCATED TO THE SITUATION" fools, that you really don't know ANYTHING about the situtation. And as far as not working there???? GREAT!!!! NOONE ASKED YOU TO WORK THERE! And thank God! Because we prefer more upfront people, willing to stand up to you face to face.... and not hide behind cruel comments and fake names. And just for arguments sake.... what would you say about a manager who walks an employee to the ER and sits with her because she is having chest pain???? Well, that is what Sherry did today. You know, the monster you all have been talking about on here? And the funny thing is... it didn't involve taking care of pets. A word of advice... Grow the hell up and find some other, more serious cause to support. One that really needs saving. Like children in Africa, or starving children here. Or hell, start with Amber and her child. She is the reason this all got started. All of you that have 5 or 10 minutes to bash Sherry or BSA on a daily basis should devote your time to helping those mothers who just don't feel like working anymore. And if most of the young mothers are like Amber, the girl at the beginning of this post, you will all be VERY busy! Oh, and "Oh Please" if you are soooo worried about UNEDUCATION???? Start with the sad souls that posted to this site that can't spell. I would start with "Hooked On Phonics" and go from there. But that's just a suggestion. You are so much smarter than everyone else, or so you think, I'm sure you have already come up with something to save the world. So let's hear it!

yeah, thats her..so others have heard of whats going on as well..and ive heard about her and others leaving especially a friend of hers that works there..she also can leave to take care of her precious pets..Karma i hope bites her in the a__...lets see her fired from her job..bet she wont have a problem drawing unemployment..she knows too much on the practice it appears...hate to hear about your situation as well..wish you luck and good health..

There is no butt kissing going on here. The fact is none of what is being posted is accurate but actually slanderous. Karma works both ways so you will reep what you sew. Everyone can guess as to what is going on at BSA if they would like but really I would think one would get their facts straight before shooting off their mouths. You talk about unemployment obviously that is something you are far too comfortable with. Get off it and give her a break and move on to your next victim because this one is getting OLD!!!!
