no longer, have to work 90 % of schedule or your insurance will be taken away, if you're not liked, you ARE treated Different, only 8 minutes of not ready a day or they post your name on white board for all to see, miss days, end up getting the worst shift they have to offer. The selected few may come in 5-10 minutes late and nothing is said or done, even promoted, also selected few can take breaks and lunches when ever and however long, nothing said or done, offer bonus incentives for first when starting then none. Good luck and best wishes, if you're a suck up you will do well, not any better than any other call centers i've heard, even a stranger at the unemployment office said, "oh I've heard that place is an awful place to work ", and that was someone that has never worked there but, heard the rumours from other people.

Sounds like someone had an issue with attendance and being tardy. The point of having a job is getting a paycheck. and getting a paycheck requires schedule adherence. if you can't work 100% of your schedule, you ought to look for something part time. Just sayin'.

To here and there : that is the not the case I can assure you. I was giving reasons why and what I saw going on day after and day and nothing was done. I was asked and I replied and the TRUTH is what was said from someone who was there, for some tardy issues yes but for others...no tardy issues and no attendance issues was the case. Like i said if you have people there that like you, you can come in late 10 min or more and they took lunch when they wanted so they could all go together and always 10 min late, other people would need certain schedules because of illness and that wouldnt matter but if you have been a babysitter to someone over hiring then you,ve got it made and with no prior experience. I worked there since the beginning of the company, helping them get started, for almost 10 years. They were horrible. They have favorites, and picks, they treat employee horrible and talk to you horrible. Not a place to be if you want to keep up your Good attitude, keep down your temper, and have some self confidence. They are crooked, and wicked and very deceitful...
