Why is someone taking pictures while driving in a severe t-storm? Coffee in the other hand no doubt.

With all due respect, the bottom of that photo shows an actual touchdown. You can see the movement of debris at the base even though the dark part of the twister - which is condensation, not wind - is above it.

That's a tornado, not a funnel cloud.

I agree with Frank and Krissy, This person could have caused a crash to take a pic of something as mundane as lightning!? I say press charges for reckless driving and endangerment. By the way , it was probably a Del's not a coffee - too warm that day for coffee.
