I booked a vacation rental w/ this agency for a family celebration of my parents 50th wedding anniversary, 45 days before the event. Because the timeframe was so short, I was required to pay the full amount at that time and the deposit portion had to be paid w/ a cashiers check. I received an email receipt from the agency and an email stating I would get address, directions, and key info to enter the home about a week before our reservation. Six days prior to the event, I still had heard nothing. I called, emailed & left several messages for someone to contact me. I'll I could reach was a voice mail that the office was closed for the holidays (it was Christmas) and someone would return my call the following Saturday. We were scheduled to be there that Friday. When I finally received a call, it was to late. While the agency did refund my deposit, they refused to refund the almost $700 in rental fees I'd paid, citing their 'cancellation' policy. I had to file a dispute w/ our credit card company to get my money back.

I would highly discourage anyone from using this property management office if your looking for a vacation rental in North Hood Canal.
