I don't understand how the law changes for some people, I have a uncle that that had a drunk passenger with him who knew the risks of driving with another drunk person and they hit a telephone pole the passenger died who was a friend of my uncles. Chippewa county will not drop the charges on his case though I wonder if it's the last name differance. I THINK IF YOU CHARGE ONE PERSON YOU MUST CHARGE ALL OR THE LAW DONT MATTER.
