Court clears way for trial in Gallup murder case

The state Supreme Court has cleared the way for a trial of a man charged with killing a Gallup teenager in 2005.

Thanks Sun-News for being direct and giving the pertinent information about this case. Unfortunately, this is not the case in Gallup. What I mean is only a brief description was given in the newspaper. This article brings a little comfort to my heart, knowing that the facts are being shared. My heart goes out to all those who have suffered a daughter or son.

I am so thankful for the reversed decision for a trial.
The victim's family deserves to know what happened to their baby in her last hours on earth.
In the Bible it says that where there was blood spilled, the earth cries out to the Heavens and I believe that this child's soul needs to be laid to rest properly. Her Spirit is already Home with Him who loves her most.
My prayers and thoughts during this difficult time as both sides reopen 'open' wounds. May the Lord's justice prevail.
