I hate when people start talking about others without knowing anything....the kid is dead....have some respect and let him rest in peace....plenty of you people have done stupid things like these and probably will .....and alot of you adults should shut your mouths because you might think your kids are sleeping and who knows what there also doing. Jonathon was a great person...he was caring respectful and loved helping people. The reason why he was lookin for his couz was because his cousin had goting in an argument with his mom and called jonathon to pick him up and the reason why he went to the wrong house was because his cousin had just moved from his old house. And you know that if your 15 and a big dude comes out to you cursing at you your asses would be running away too. And no matter what jonathon did not do nothing to that dude to deserve to die at a young age but be at that guys house and that dude did not have any right once they "HAD LEFT" to chase them and intentionally hit there car cuz obviously lapaul's intentions where to cause harm to those kids. So stop judging poor jonathon because he is never going to graduate see his kids or get married. His life is over. lapaul on the other hand is a grown man who should have known better than to chase them just cuz they were at his house. And as too his girl being pregnant and his mom not speaking english.....soo what! how many kids in ny do you not see that are pregnant....he was going to be there for that kid....thats all he wanted....there are alot of adult that have kids and are'nt responsible or care for them.... so that does not even come into place. That is a really ignorant thing to say. I come from a home raised by my parents one of which doesn't speak english and I've turned out fine. I'm going to a private university upstate and I think it's wrong for you to stereotype like that. The comment about his teenage girlfriend being pregnant is also ignorant. You're right maybe it could've happened at a later time in her life but what would have been worse, her having the baby or her aborting it? At least he was stepping up and decided to take care of it, because I know if he didn't more ignorant comments would probably be made.

What matters is he's gone and a community's greiving right now.To try and justify a 30 something year old man who had drank the night of killing a child half his age is ridiculous. Because if that were YOUR brother, cousin, friend, nephew, or son, you'd be singing a different tune. And don't say your teenage relative wouldn't do something so dumb, because most parents are oblivious to what their children do nowadays anyways.
