rackley sucks face it people he is a crapy sheriff he has been for 4 years and he isn't going to change rice isn't any better he is a lier and sticks his nose where it don't belong as to where MR.Gann has what some 27 years of law enforcement background think about it do you want these guys in office who only have a few years under there belt or do you want a qualified sheriff who knows the laws and will stand up for whats right do you want some one who is going actuly get out and do his job as well as make the deputies who by the way we pay there salery get out and do what they are paid to do vers who we have now who thinks his chief administrative officer can do as she pleases on county time how meny times has she been at the salon or colonial springs on county time she is a deputy as well put her in a uniform and stick her in a patrol car if she refuses send her home and take away her commission back to the subject at hand ... it is quite obvious that the people posting on here do not do there home work to think rackley is honest ask any lebanon pd officer what they think of him ask lebanon city citizens what they think of him .. you will soon find out he's not what you think ... i don't know any of them that well but i have done as much reserch as possible and Mr.Gann has my vote a man who will take his job so seriouse as to take a $10 gas drive off across two counties just becouse it is his job to uphold justice is the kind of man i want as my sheriff a man who has more law back ground in his little finger then rackley and rice put to gether thats my sheriff so in my opinion i will say when it come election time VOTE George R Gann for DALLAS COUNTY SHERIFF a man who will stand up for the citizens of dallas county ...(i'm done with my soap box now -who's next ?)

It is sad that as the day is here, you still have to bash the other candidate. You obivously have to go to Cedar Ridge to know this for sure and if this is the case maybe Pastor Shockley should preach on how to be a good friend and christian. Cedar Ridge is a good church, the pastor and most of the people are people that would be there in your time of need. It is sad that you pretend to go to church and be such a good christian.(Forgive me Lord!) And for your information, Mr. Rice and his family only started attending Calvery Chapel not too long ago.Is that because he wants the best for his family or there are alot of votes in that church? I pray it is for the right reasons.
And as for Sheriff Rackley's other children. He has told me about his other children, that are big enough to have family of thier own. He is not hiding this fact, because I asked and he answered it!
I pray for all the candidates children who are the innocent victims in this nasty little race.

The fact that he is not a member was not to bash at all, bashing has been the whole theme of Mr Rackley's campaign,Respect Truth & Justice play no factor in his thinking. & I do believe lying is still considered a sin & not be be taken lightly. If you would care to check on the grants Mr. Rackley is laying claim to you will find they were also written & obtained by other people who are not in the sheriff's department.
I also pray for all dallas countians & believe we deserve better.I would hope that neither candidate has chosen chruch for political gain, I'm sure in every chruch there are people whose hearts need to be opened . Dallas County deserves better than Mr. Rackley has proven to be these last 4 years.
