Lawyer files suit against judge

A Howell lawyer has filed a lawsuit against a local district court judge, charging that she is retaliating against him by not assigning him as a mediator because he opposed her husband's judicial candidacy.

Personally I think that Judge Geddes is a nasty Judge. Doesn't follow the law and in not informed before she renders a decision.
Although I think Tom Kizer is a living jerk he does not deserve to be treated like that from a Judge.

I find most people who complain are defendants - you have not even been in her courtroom. If you knew the facts, you would find that it is a Lie. Kizer was playing politics. He was fined for the lawsuit. Gee, I guess he was in the wrong. It would be nice to actually have seen Geddis in the courtroom before you make libelous comments. Kizer never complained about how he was treated -He said Geddis wouldn't appoint him mediator which is a lie. check your facts buddy!
