Avienne meets Kid Rock, prepares for next 'Battle'

“One of the criteria for judging is how many people we bring, so we need you all out there”

As local band Avienne was preparing for their performance last week, they were interrupted by a surprise visit by musician Kid Rock. via Hometown Life

i know the band members of avienne. they're really sweet people, also very young. yes they are a southeastern michigan local band. and yes they do have an ultimate talent. the lead vocalist mike has a very strong voice for only being 17. and to be honest not biast they are a great band and every band member is good at what they play. February 10 they play at clutch cargo's, last year they took 2nd place out of about 60 bands!

i saw avienne in concert in mine and their hometown:south Lyon. they are amazing and are going to go very far. their songs: hope and as long as i can, are fantastic. mike, the lead singer is amazing and their violin player, kentaro is awesome. they are a terrific band.

Unlike a lot of other bands out there, their music is original and well written. A good combo of technical musical ability without taking themselves too seriously and keeping it fun. The lead guitarist has skills, vocals are good but could improve. Violin is a unique twist that keeps me interested. At the very least they could go regional, just a matter of dedication and time.

I personally know Matt the lead guitar, and i know that he is going to go very far in life. They are so commited to the band. I live in south lyon and i know how good they are.
