A Hartland Township man was arraigned Sunday on felonious assault charges for allegedly threatening to asphyxiate his wife and to show his 2-year-old daughter 'her tomb.' Bill is that why all the charges were dropped by the very diligent and relentless Livingston County Prosecutor? A coward hides behind fake names and locations. Liable is a crime.
