I do find it interesting that they are going ahead with the TSA law. The way the constitution was written the States are in charge and the US government exists to serve the States. The US government doesn't understand that anymore. Looks like they're making a stand.
Montana is too. They have passed an interesting gun law that the US can't step on with the Interstate commerce laws (the ones they use to step on the states). If a gun is made in Montana, and purchased by a Montana resident, they don't have to follow the restrictive background checks required by the Feds because the gun did not cross interstate lines. The 2nd ammendment still applies in Montana now.
Oklahoma already has, and is enforcing, an Arizona like immigration law. So does Missouri. They have been in place for quite a while. Arizona's law brought major attention because they have SO many illegals. The liberals want the illegal votes, plain and simple.
I think some of the states are gearing up to make a stand. I think thats a good thing! The US government exists for us, not the other way around. Colorado has so many California liberals we won't be part of it but I have my eye on Montana. I could live there.
