It is about time! And when our new surveillance equipment is catching the careless little twits, they can add graffiti clean up to the rest of their criminal sentence.
The cost of cleaning or replacing defaced property should also come out of their pockets, as well as costs to purchase and operate the "electronic eyes" that undoubtedly initially came from the tax payer kitty.

Hey this may be unrelated but is anyone familiar with the large QR code (2D digital bar code)on the electrical box at Buckley and Kenyon in south east aurora???
