Sounds phoney, right?

Next time use the word "said." Unless you are telling us to trust the govt.

I agree...I am very suspicious of these revaluations especially after our mayor wrote in his quarterly newsletter that the budget was not balancing. I for one feel the $7000+ I am paying for a 3br ranch is sufficient.
