it seems the 16 year old has been in cheviot police cars many times and has stolen from the building that I live in on the street. he has a 'brother' or step brother and the two are always causing trouble and even buying drugs from another part of cheviot. it's sad but it keeps on happening. I'm sure it isn't over yet.
