These people who claimed to have been there could have also saw the story on the news and read the posts from other people. I got news for you, yes you can be arrested for just being black, yes you can be fired for just doing your job well and being black. Again, someone playing the martyr. There's discrimination against every race, sex, etc. When the Black kids beat up a white one on a bus a few weeks ago, people cried hate crime. That was just as ignorant. Why, when there's an issue does someone always have to cry "racism!"? If any of you knew the manager there, you'd know she is the last person on earth to be racist. Just as an added note (due to my drustration in this matter): you might get fired from a job for being black, but no job HAS to hire you for being white. Dwell on that.

Some of you rednecks are really crazy! For you all to say this restaurant is upscale is ridiculous. Maybe you all should tune into busted on the job and watch how you nasty white folks urinate, wipe your ass on food, spit, etc. So I wouldn't be surprised. This is SHAMEFUL and makes the entire city of St Louis look bad. This lady is a celebrity, but even if it were just a regular person it is still wrong. No one should be accused muchless arresed based solely on accusations by the resturant staff, unless they have an eye witness that saw this happens or have it on video then they have no case what so ever against anyone. The same as if someone went into a store and was accused of shop lifting - you cannot charge someone with shop lifting unless you see them do it or you have solid evidence they did it. Otherwise and entire legal system has been compromised, this resturant owes the LADY and apology like REALLY QUICK and so does the police department that detained her.

hey James, She got arrested because of what she DID do in front of the officer. The officer gave her multiple chances to calm down and leave the place, but she refused, and that is when she made physical threats to the manager and her family. No the facts before you speak. I would really like to see if Fox issues an update after they get the police report. I would bet they won't since she has friends down there. BTW, there was only one person that said it was upscale, and two, all of the cooks are african american. Obviously, that person doesn't know what she is talking about either.

just to set the record straight, we are all a little over the top at times due to certain circumstances. Everyone is not always looking for attention or a hand out. Just keep in mind we are all different and we all react differently to different things. Stop trying to critique the incident and make people look like villans, and instead pray on it as awhole so that this world can be a better place for everyone. We have enough to deal with as a world.
