I think thats great that Chelan County is promoting Hybrid technology. I have a friend that has a Prius, and I drove if for a couple of weeks while she was on holiday, and I fell in love with it. I was averaging 50 mph according to the cars computer readout, and that included two freeway trips into Phoenix from Sun City which is about 60 miles one way. The rest of the time was just around town. It had plenty of pickup, and felt just Like any other comparable car of its size and style. The best part is that they are priced comparably. I'm Just trying to figure out how to get one of my own.
