Parker Co. Man Gets 4,060 Years For Molesting Children

A Parker County man accused of sexually assaulting three teenage girls was sentenced on Tuesday to 4,060 years in prison.

The court system is a joke. YEars ago when they started punishing you for pot, one guy got 900 years for a single joint. Now THAT was a laugher.

They cannot execue them, remember our great supreme court has taken the side of the criminals and anything more than life is cruel and inhuman punishment.

Not to worry. He can appeal and eventually get some liberal judge to overturn the sentence and he will be out in 3 years. That is unless the good people already calling the TX Dept. of Corrections home don't kill him first. I hear even these fine individuals don't like child molesters.

I think that the judge on James Kevin Pope's trial was correct in his sentence and my heart and prayers go out to each child and their families.

5 of "OUR" esteemed Supreme Court justices have said that it is illegal to execute a person for rape/molestation thus I think the judge in this case was "right on" in giving this puke the sentence he handed down.
I hope POPE enjoys every one of his 4060 years getting raped at least once every day of it. It's just to darned bad that his living conditions will be better than those of a great many of the lower income level people in the world today. Take away all the niceties afforded to prisoners in our jails and let them exist under the most Spartan of conditions and then maybe they will get their "just" rewards!
