Smoking in public places in Flea Market in Bridgeport by new school

I am not sure who owns the business or building (someone said John Callarik??The mayor of the town of Bridgeport?not really sure) that has the flea market in it on Sat. and Sun., but I can tell you one thing, it stinks and reeks of the worst cigarette smell that I have come across in a while. I don't mind one to two people smoking but when you are in a place that the public comes in and it smells like a bar and you LEAVE smelling like a bar, something needs to be done about the health hazard that it is creating in smokers and nonsmokers alike. I love to go to flea markets and such but I won't go back to that particular building until that problem is taking care of and I am sure that the rest of the public who care about their health will not go back into that smokey atmosphere. The vendors will sell much more of their items if they show concern about the general public and smoke their cigarettes and cigars outside and learn to be considerate of their customers that come into that building. Who wants to buy a carpet/remnant or anything such as clothing, toys for their kids etc. that stinks like cigarettes? I would have liked to buy something but honestly, the stench was so overwelming, I could only spend 5 min. in there and I couldn't wait any longer for the vendor to get back to their booth. All 5 of us when we climbed back into our vehicle, smelled awful. It's time for the business owners whether public or privately owned, clean up their places and banning smoking would be a good place to start.
