So Nebraska deems tasering as a "natual" way to die. Or is it just "natural" in Bayard and Morrill County to die at 32 years of age when the city council spends 20 minutes talking about you the week before your death??? Wake up Bayard you are apart of the United States of America. Tasering is NOT a "natual" death.
