They are at least already soft-pedaling it. We 'might' take away his stipend.

'we wouldn't want him to be indigent'.

'we didn't know'

Why? Will ignoring the situation make all the gay priests go straight and celibate? Will the thousands of choir boys suddenly be safe?

She was pointing out that at this point, they can't, which is funny and entertaining. They have, however, spun this thing to look like they didn't know when they did, and they say they didn't want to punish him lest he be destitute. They also said 'he wasn't ready' to accept help when asked why he didn't get treatment. They softpedaled it big time.

this pisspoor excuse for a priest was making $9K a week dealing and running a porn shop, he doesn't need a church stipend. And why does he have a public defender instead of his own lawyer-what a farce.

Because he claim that he has no money for a lawyer, which is hard to believe.

Maybe they seized that money, or maybe he offered it as a bribe to some cop who simply pocketed it. Either scenario is possible, since our society has completely come off the rails.

50 years of 'feminism', destruction of the family, government dependency, rejecting religion, corrosive hollywood shows, demonizing authority and achievement, and here we are. The progressives have wrecked us.

The jury will find him guilty as charge. He will spent the rest of his life in jail. A total waste of life due to drug using. Shame on him.

He doesn't have to. They have to prove he did. He's just betting they don't have good enough evidence. I think he's betting wrong.

His lawyer had him plead not guilty, then he will make a deal for him. He will die in jail, then go straight to HELL.

I actually don't think he will die in jail. He's gonna get like 5 years I think. The courts will look at him as a basically good person who lost his way... lots of his gaye friends will testify that he is a wonderful person. There will also be testimony about his helplessness in the face of drug addiction.
