Love u Mash, and everyone else who is trying to protect him, you should let the cops know what your thoughts are..if your so concerned about Mash and you don't want him to be wrongly charged or convicted, then the people that have some insight need to stand the f.. up and help shed some light on the case. I personally don't belive that after 4 years the police have nothing or minimal evidence...I'm sure they have some pretty compelling stuff if it convinced a judge to sign it. There could be anything in that file..we will see shortly.

Yes it is anonymous, but they can always track down who said what and I wouldn't want ot drop any names here. Anyways, with all due respect, you don't know what is going on or what went on so please stop spreading notions that have no merit. Thank you.

SO CALL THE POLICE.... if you have information that could help, which I highly doubt you really do, don't you think it's time to step in. Its 2008..its hard to put someone in front of a grand jury unless you have sufficient evidence in whatever capacity. To remind you again.. another member of you family, if you are related, has been murdered. What would you say if you found out Marash really had a hand in Joe's demise...would you still hold him in such high regard...

You are wasting your breath talking to Love you Marash, the person is an IDIOT. He/she has been going back and forth with everyone and keeps repeating the same STUPID comments that make no sense. Others have told him/her that if they have proof he is innocent they should say something. They obviously have no proof. I understand that it is hard to find out a person in your family could be capable of such a thing, no one wants to believe that but it happens everyday. Somebody's family member kills another person, they even kill family members. This person must live in a world of their own if they don't know that, I wonder what color the sky is?

This a real sad situation. My sympathies go out to the Marash's mother, she must be going thru alot. Let's pray that he is innocent because killing your uncle is really not even believable in albanian culture. Folks take it easy and lets wait for the trail.

Read a newspaper or if that's hard for you, watch some CNN or MSNBC. They have those topics all the time, about the innocent who are imprisoned for many years, and many are even on death row. One lady was on death row for 12 years in Con before they realized that they had the wrong person. Prisons are overrun by those who are wrongly accused, and this usually happens because the prosecutors and police departments don't want to look like idiots and try to close the case as soon as possible. I've had retired judges tell me horrific stories of police planting stuff on people just to have them convicted, and later it would turn out that everything was a hoax, however some unlucky ones do end up in jail or worse. If you've never heard of this, then you really need to sit down and research a little more about our great nation and the system that does not work!!!
You are not processing the information correctly. You saw cases of injustice and you think that is the norm.Stop telling people what they need to research.Your Buddy needs to research what's going to happen to him once he gets behind bars with all those "victims" of the system. If the prison is overcrowded with innocent people then he doesn't have to be worried about being attacked or raped.Your friend is going to jail and is going to be everyones girlfriend for a long time.He will probably get aids.

Who are you kidding.Everyone knows Marash is a POS.This isn't the first time he's been tied to something serious. And i'm not even talking about the stuff on his record .He's a known bad guy.A menace to society. What about Joe's family?Marash is such an outstanding citizen that he can't have his day in court at a fair trial because he's in jail on another DWI.LOL this guy can't even defend himself in connecticut because he's getting nailed in the corner by his cellmates in N.Y.Marash deserves what he get's.His B.S. has finally caught up with him.Everyone a bit safer with him off the streets.I'm gonna laugh in the court room when they take him away like an animal for good.

you sure seem to know a heck of alot about what goes on in jail behind the scenes...I guess you must have experienced being some other guy's B**tch first hand! I understand why you still would be angry over something like that! Poor guy! I feel for you (NOT!) As for Marash...where do you get off passing judgment! You dont know the first thing about him and your opinion really is insignificant...its obvious that no one really pays any attention to you since you have so much pent up anger over all of the fudge packing activities you have encountered...as for the aids comment....not only is that the lowest possible thing an individual can say....all I have to say is be careful what you wish for! Good day sir!

Yes...is it that hard for your limited mental capacity to wrap around that thought? You may write "LOL", and it may be funny to you, however, if you knew even 1/10th of the facts, or the participants of this crime, you would understand that Marash did not commit this crime, and just because someone is capable of murder, that does not mean that they are guilty...THAT IS WHY WE HAVE THOSE BIG COMPLICATED THINGS CALLED TRIALS AND JURIES AND JUDGES AND LAWYERS...That was my point.
When the situation is right anyone could commit murder...Look at the Bell case? Hey look at OJ? We are complicated beings. As you say only a trial and the legal system will decide...But even then One may never know?
