my gosh, the cops can't get there any faster. Because of his young age he'll probably get off easy claiming he didn't know any better. This judge better lock him up for a long time!

How could anyone kill an innocent baby!!!???

My thoughts and prayers are with his mother and family

P.S. Can they wear a condom already??!!! too young to be parents!

Or better yet, they should get trials. Stupid justice system keeps getting in the way... I know.

Beat their butts in the street for all to see.

Then convict them of murder and give them the death penalty.

I can't believe this shyt. If he couldn't stand the baby why did he fight for visitation rights? Both of them bastards need to due life!!

Prayers are offered to the mother and to the little baby, who will suffer no more at the hands of the cruel and immature 'weekend' caretakers. What, in this world, could be more important than soothing a little baby?
I will be hopeful that Karma pays a visit to these two individuals

Heh. If you didn't say it, I would have. To heck with American values, due process and moral leadership. Let's just go back to arbitrary justice or, better yet, street mobs and lynchings.

When will our government find a way to make all humans sterile at birth, and not reverse until both parents proove they are capable of raising a child? Or would that violate human rights? Maybe these ********** wil get raped and roughed up so bad in prison that hey will never be able to father another child. That would be justice - or closer to it then what the judge will do.

Who's to say the father is at fault??? Who do you think was supposed to be taking care of the 5 month old infant? I can judge all I want and so can the rest of the people on this site. The father isn't a child. 18 years old is an adult. He should be in adult prison serving as the girlfriend of some 6'6" 375 lb male stud who hasn't had sex in 10 years. By the way, how old is the uncle? He should be in prison with him.

The uncle is 13.
Everyone is so judgmental.
There is so much we don't know.
What exactly was the cause of death?
Was the baby not breathing and the panicked 18 year old tried to do CPR unsuccessfully?
We do not know any of the facts.
We should just pray.

We really don't know all of the facts. When was the baby dropped off to the father? Are the injuries of the type that could have lead to the slow progression of blood pooling on the brain? Could the trauma have been inflicted prior to the child arriving at dad's house. Wait for the facts before we lynch this guy, could be the mom is just as guilty or maybe even entirely responsible. Where did it say he "fought" for visitation rights? Don't make assumptions or read facts into the article(not that there's much of an article to read!!!) There's only one intelligent comment on this whole thread..."can they wear a condom already??!!!"
