bull s--t wrote: How much more did this scumbag really steal? He should be in jail along with the phony judge! Gee, he came up with all the money he ripped off from his customers plus some! I guess that's the way to do it...keep ripping off people until you get caught and then pay back only those people who complained (forget about anyone else you've screwed) and then act like you're "so sorry for my bad" and throw yourself on the mercy of the judge to escape your punishment. I bet his wife and children are really proud of him! I wonder if he's getting any more suckers...oops, I mean customers, at his dealership?

I bought a car from him in the early 90's and it was a nightmare. After purchasing the vehicle, being told it was in excellent condition and had been checked by the owners, I almost got in an accident due to faulty brakes. I had to replace the entire braking system (pads, shoes, calipers, drums) spending over $1000 to make the vehicle drivable again.

Atty Brennan is a very compassionate prosecutor who understands there are many worse criminals in the community who should be dealt with harshly!

Does it bother anyone that he is doing emissions for the state and he was running a fraudulent business? Why hasn't the state taken it away from him. I guess it pays to be a thief when you have friends in high places. You pay a fine and get off.

You got it right thief hater...I've been there for my emissions..Brad was right there out in front offering to fix my truck after I objected to the tech about failing!Saw right thru that scam..went to my honest mechanic and he made it so I could pass. All auction vehicles sold there..lots of room for stretching the truth I'm sure. Now he'll probably make a mint if he sells out to Walgreens..how's that for justice!!

I would have liked to have been there for the plea bargain. It's not often that a prosecutor gets to negotiate against a car dealer.
Did the car guy have to check with his manager before he could agree to the deal? Did he offer rustproofing for the undercarriages of the CSP patrol cars?

He can sell to Walgreens -make a dump truck full of money-and then he can be partners with Sal Dinardo at Sal's "invisible car lot" on North Ave ,Bpt...

Ten bucks says that if he got screwed by this thief he would make sure he got jail time. If you got screwed you would be singing a different tune.
