The Chatt Times didn't list the rest so I'm guessing they are in a different court with different judges.

Hey wooohooo i hear you on getting crank out of town. But some of these boys had straightened up and hadnt touched the stuff in a year or more and had full time jobs and brand new babies. What about those boys. They are going to prison for 15-20 years for something stupid they did in there past. All a few of them want is to be able to go home go back to work and be with there kids like they were doing when they got locked up. I know one of them and he had really came a long way at being a good guy and because donnie henson wanted some time shaved off he told on him for stuff he had done over a year before donnie got locked up. So what about him and the few others that were clean and werent doing it anymore they are getting more time than some of the people who were still doing it when going in. I know of one that stil walks the streets.
If they were inocent they wouldn't be in jail. If they really cared and wanted to be with their families they wouldn't be messing with drugs or making drugs. I have no sympathy for them, the children are the ones that get hurt. They should have thought before they did it.

He won't be "breezin'" after 20 years in prison. He'll be sixty eight and living on welfare because thats kinda old to be looking for a job. So his life is basically wrapped up and he's screwed in more ways than the obvious. Does anyone know which prison he went to?

He has'nt been moved yet,as far as I know his still in Chattanooga. As for your comment, mark my word he'll be out in 8 or 10 years. His a snitch, the courts had to give him something to make it look good. He can't get welfare, his a 3 time convected felon. He'll go back to the same ole same ole.Dope, that's all he knows.

There are no early outs on Federal time. If he gets 20 years he will serve 20 calander years. If he had state time he could be out very soon, but the Federal time is different and they will keep him for his entire sentence.

You might have a Masters degree in English, but you didn't do to good in math. Donnie is 38 years old. Twenty years would be 58, not 68.
