Ya'll said April 13th was his court date. Considering he's still out walking around and isn't in prison, and isn't on the sex offender registry, ummmmmm, I'd say ya'll had some of your facts wrong and should let this topic die! LOL

There are so many hypocrites on this site it isn't even funny! First off, you don't KNOW the entirity of his so-called crime, and yet you judged him & hung him on this site with your OPINIONS! Second off, this could've been you or your family who did something stupid & it's like a grapevine, people just keep adding to it, so you really don't KNOW what's true & what's not.
And last but not least, everyone was quick to hang him on here, a few people kept neutral & weren't ready to stone him to death without knowing all the facts, but what does that say about our town & judicial system? People don't look & think before they leap. They are ready to hop on the bandwagon and ruin someone's life because of what they "heard" or because of what someone else "thinks" happened.

You don't just get arrested and then a trial date. First your case has to go before the grand jury. They determine if there is enough cause/evidence to even go to trial. Then there is discovery and pre-trial hearings. The day of the actual trial, there is jury selection. THEN the actual trial. It takes awhile to get to that part. He may have had a court date on april 13. Doesn't mean he's gone to trial. When his date comes up, I think it will probably be in the paper, don't cha think?

Regardless of what you THINK you know, he would STILL have to register as a sex offender because he was CHARGED with a sexual crime! Stop watching all those d@mn tv shows & let the REAL court deal with him! Well, just YOUR opinion, you might need to watch some of those shows you mention. You cannot be registered as a sex offender UNLESS you have been found guilty. He hasn't been found guilty yet. As for wearing it out, I agree. It has been worn thin and I admit to being a part of that as so should you since you posted too. Pot calling the kettle black huh?
