I'm peeking at this page because my brother lives in Port Neches.(He evacuated.) I was hoping to see what the damage was, but I'm unclear what "BC" refers to. Can someone tell me what "BC" is?

Thanks!

Yes, what about Dugas addition? My parent's & brothers homes are there on Dugas St. and Sharp St.? My sisters home is on Sheffield St.? I'm very concerned about my family's homes. I was just in BC a few days ago to help my family prepare to evacuate. It's hard for me to imagine that the whole town of BC is under water!!! This has never happened before!! I'm scared..........please help with any info.
