I would love for peoples comments on how they think I can work on improving my store more. In the past couple months, does it seem like the BC Subway has raised its standards in cleanliness and customer service

more customer service and less chit chat amongst employees and their "home girls!"

Is this a night or day time issue?

Would you say there has been any improvement in the store with any thing?

I would have to say the drive thru is the slowest of all in Orange County. There were 2 cars in front of me the other day at lunch. It took me 38 minutes to get thru the drive thru...for one sandwich, ridiculous. Also, did you guys finally fire the sex offender that was working there? I sure don't want him touching my food.

We are working on our drive thru as much as we can. I am very sorry but we still wait on customers in the order that they come in. We have alot of different people who actually call me around 8am and let me know what exactly they want and what time they will be there. If you would like you are more than welcome to call me in the morning and I will be more than happy to take your order and make sure that i personally make it and have it ready for you. Also about the other quote, I am sorry but that information is confidential, but I will let you know it was not what everyone thought it was.

The information is not confidential, it is public information. You can go on the dps website and pull up sex offenders and I just found out that by law they are now required to list their place of employment as well. Not confidential at all. It also tells exactly what the crime was and trust me, it's disgusting.

sex offenders are not entitled to any confidentiality or privacy and that's how it should be. Keep the word on the street so the public can be aware. He works at Domino's now and I won't allow them to deliver to my home because of that sicko. I do all I can to protect my kids.

I understand what you are saying when I say it is confidential am am talking about that I cannot tell you if he was fired or if he left on his on free will. I am not referring to the sex offender profile at all. Please do understand that. I am a mother of four so I do understand you on that postion. I am only referring to the job. But no maam he is no longer employed at our place of buisness.

There is no excuse for poor or slow service but one must take into account the working conditions of Subway employees. I know several that worked at Subway and would be scheduled to come in at a certain time only to be told by the manager not to clock in until the store started getting busy. Now who wants to go to work to sit around not getting paid? If a person is scheduled to work certain hours they should be able to walk through the door and clock in, regardless if the store is busy or not.

I love the BC subway. The day employees are usually very friendly and helpful. I can't speak for the night employees because I don't go at night.

I live close by and was desparate to use the phone for a family emergency, about two months ago. I walked there and the employees two young females were very inconsiderate of my problem (i was in tears) said no public phone or use was allowed under any circumstance. Thought that was very rude and well inconsiderate. My family issue by the way, husband was taken to the hospital due to a car accident and I walked to the Bayou Trading Company (they let me use the phone) and in return I bought over $100 worth of items in their store. My husband is fine now, let them know I appreciate their dedication to company policy HAHA

I am very sorry that this happened. That is not company policy. This will be taken care of promptly. Im sure if they were in your shoes that they would have felt the same way. This was very uncalled for and i very much apologize.
