Murder defendant expected to take stand in trial

Gary Lamont Hayes of Havelock is expected to testify next week that he pulled the trigger of a 12-gauge shotgun, pumping three shots into Odell Foster Jr.

I have been in the middle of this ever since it started. There were many threats made to Gary which caused him to fear for his life. I have witnessed on several occasions where Gary had been beaten up by Odell and several of his Harlowe thugs. The word was already out that they were going to kill Gary. In the state of mind that he was in that night by being intoxicated the fear became overwhelming for anyone to bear. Whenever Gary saw that gun on Odell he saw all the threats about to become a reality. He had no choice but to defend himself.

U couldnt be further from the truth, truth is that punk jumped one of his boyz at the beach...how bout that boy wasnt even from Harlowe.
