The City of Columbus needs to put a blinking light for pedestrians at Young Street across E. Broad St. There are more than 600 people who work in the 180 E. Broad St. building who cross several times a day at that intersection. It is my understanding that corner to corner crossing is NOT jaywalking, but timing the lights is a trick during the day.
