Bill banning texting while driving passes Assembly

A bill that would prohibit text messaging while driving and increase safety measures for teen drivers passed the Assembly unanimously today and moved to the Senate, where it will be stalled unless that chamber resolves its leadership stalemate.

Seems like every douchbag out there is gabbing on their phone while trying to drive.
