Im a little confused here on why this piece of trash is walking freely trying to rape women. The community needs to get together and be there on his trial date. The judge needs to see that this will be his final day walking free! He needs to be locked up without bail or freedom. He obviously cannot be changed. Its pretty simple, you either are locked up or terminated. Cedar City patrons please unite!
