How the hell can they dismiss this case?!?! This woman-controlling idiot has a prior offense that is virtually identical to the charges in this case except this time it escalated to the point of involving an alleged gun. This guy has real issues with women and control and is a threat to women wherever he is. He is actually on probation(I love the FOIA) and should have been violated and sent back to prison for at least the remainder of his sentence.(he got out early) This sort of thing should outrage people all over the Cape! How dare they put any women(or men/children for that matter) in jeopardy of meeting up with this guy and letting him ruin our lives. He's crazy, and women everywhere should memorize his name....FRANCIS DAVIS!!! FRANCIS DAVIS!!! FRANCIS DAVIS!!! Don't forget it. He hasn't had a girlfriend that he didn't assault or abuse in some way. He's demonstrating a pattern that is going in a dangerous, possibly deadly direction. Stop him now before he kills someone or hurts another woman.

OK, somebody grew a brain and finally sent this guy to jail where he belongs. Hi apparently has been indicted and is being held without bail until his trial. The news states that he's facing up to 10 years. Not enough if you ask me. If anyone has any up-to-date info on this matter, please don't hesitate to post here.
