After familiarizing himself with the Granite State Laws, the Chief should then familiarize his staff with them. An officer for The Deerfield Police Department stated that a hidden camera on my neighbors property can record my areas of privacy..including into my bathroom window, swimming pool and back porch. After reporting that I was being recorded sunbathing without clothing and noticed the cameras hidden in the trees, the officer stated "Did you know that Google Earth can take an aerial picture of your home whenever they want, how is this any different?"
Really?....no further comments needed.

If it can be seen from a camera on the neighbors property, then it isn't private. Period.
