A middle school student told police he felt uncomfortable when a substitute teacher touched him, but he didn't take action until earlier this month when he saw the same teacher touching a fellow student, Old Town police Officer Debbie Holmes said Friday.

What makes a human being do things that are inappropriate ? Maybe it is because humans are a violent controlling spiecies that has little or no control of our private emotions.. no wonder we need a god to tell us what to do
