(Mr.)Embody made news last year after carrying an AK-47-style pistol across his chest while walking around in a state park. He has also been stopped by police at least three other times in similar incidents. Last year police in the suburb of Belle Meade detained Embody after he walked down the street with a .44-caliber black powder revolver in his hand.

Gun rights activists have criticized Embody, saying his provocative style hurts their cause.
His style helps our cause. He's a patriot.

The right of the People to keep and BEAR arms, shall not be infringed.
The reason why he's been harassed is because of past infringements which were never challenged by the People themselves.
We have our parents and grandparents to thank for that. If you don't own a gun, you likely could care less about the BS with which gun owners must contend.
If you don't own a motor vehicle, you likely couldn't care less about the BS with which they must contend.
If you don't feel the pain, then you don't care.
Famous last words:

He that would make his own liberty secure must guard even his enemy from oppression; for if he violates this duty he establishes a precedent that will reach to himself."

- Thomas Paine, July, 1795, Dissertations on First Principles of Government.

Sometimes it takes a brave soul to make enough noise, and become obvious such as to make a point: THIS SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED!
