During prep for the trial,State of California V Scott Peterson was going on. I watched it intently. Became convinced that had we defended like that(reas. doubt), Owens would have been convicted of murder one. The circumstantial evidence was compelling. Therefore, I had to do something out of ordinary convention. It was carefully planned out and successful.

I never knew this man...but I do know that 50% of Americans are convicted of a wrongfully accused crime. The only person that will ever know what this man did if he did in fact kill his wife or if he is covering for someone else would be GOD himself and if he did in fact "murder" this woman then he will be judged on judgement day just like all the rest of us and God is the only one the only judge that is always right.

If the Judge didn't rush the jury I think things may have turn out a little better, one woman had a trip planned the next day on Saturday and would have lost her deposit, i heard her talking about it after leaving court that night. Some on the jury complianed that there wasnt enough food provided for them.

the cops kept him awake from the verdect to the senetancing and his lawyers should of made a statement for him. If i were a lawyer i would sue the police, tony fuller was there and awhare of what was happening them, he told me last week that wont happen again.

Could you tell me, where do you get your 50% figure?

The police covered up exonerating evidence in the Scott Peterson case. The charges against him should be dismissed and he should be released IMO.
