Oil buddy's and thousands to die n Iraq? For one this is America these colors don't run did u expect for him to sit back and just brush off the 9-11 attack and say oh well no big deal we will let it blow over and the oil buddy thing u do realize gas prices are higher now than when bush was president right?
so many people are ignorant to the 911 tragedy and the thousands that gave their lives in iraq and the sad fact is that they will never see the true facts about our country

As if the child sexual molestations and union violence aren't enough up north, now we have an unbelievable mass murder in Connecticunt. And this is a cultural thing. Here in the South, we are family oriented and attend church Sundays and Wednesdays. We are moral. The northern states, on the other hand, are morally bankrupt with very low church attendance, rampant sexual perversion, rampant crime. The north could learn a thing or two from us Southerners.

Well first of all, Connecticut is considered an Eastern state, not a Northern State, although it is Northeast of SOME Southern States...that's true.
Second of all, the Vigil for the Casualities was held at the Catholic Church, so I don't think you could accurately say that they are any less "religious" than the Southerners or any other segment of the Country, but maybe you don't like the Religion that more of them practice...could that be the basis of your evaluation?
Regardless, it's irrelevant...the South has had more than our share of Shooters and Mass Murderers. No One segment of the Nation is any more immune to it, or suseptible to it, than another one...and Religion has nothing to do with it!

The only difference seems to be that more People are killed while attending Church Services inside the Church, in the South, than in any other part of the Nation. So, One could make the case that, at the very least, the "Religious Training and Beliefs" aren't working
and might even be making things worse!

Heck yes - the title of this blog concerns a bad storm a year and a half ago. How about closing this one down, for heaven's sake!

I wish people would just realize how dangerous these storms are and take appropriate action to protect themselves.
