3. They tried to put Wright at Parsnips on 7/10/00. Fact is it looks now more like a fugazy insurance scam gone awry, but it was an open case they could lay on the SIL. They had one problem: Cipkin said he met the SIL for the FIRST time at the Jiffy Lube -7/30/00. So the DA had to concoct a scenario how Cipkin and the SIL could have been there and Cipkin not seeing him. So they said that after the 'burglary', the SIL went back to Joe's house to split the loot and waited in his car in front of Joe's house until Wright and Cipkin left the area. That would put Feinberg in a position to say that and also say he saw Ray tucking a police radio under his car seat before he went into Joe's garage.

The problem with that lie was that Cipkin took the stand and emphatically denied he was at Parsnips or Joe's house later. Fact is that Joe never put Ray at Parsnips, or at his home later in his garage and talked to him and Feinberg for 45 minutes. Oh,yeah,they were talking about steroids. Fact is that Feinberg never mentioned at the trial that he saw Joe give Ray a plastic baggie with steroids and even described them by name and color. But Feinberg told me that to 'prove' he wasn't a liar to me in an email he sent to me. I guess he just forgot to share that incriminating evidence with the DA.

Eddie Wright was there, according to Careccia and Feinberg. Truth is that the burglary most likely didn't happen in the first place. Oh, did I mention a certain ranking cop would stop and have drinks at Parsnips?

4. Then you have Careccia placing Wright at Strathmore. Maybe Joe was right, but he sure wasn't right when he said Ray was there because Ray was in Europe for that one.

These so called detectives are beyond describing. They took this opportunity in Ray's case to blame Wright for every crime since Adam had that apple in the Garden of Eden. Make him as bad a guy as they possibly could.

The DA squad could have cared less about the Ghattas Homicide by inserting one of their two chief suspects into every crime they could come up with to make Wright look worse than he actually is. The other suspect, of course, is Joe Careccia, and he is not going for that one anytime soon, or as long as the Crooked DA remains in office.

Tell me, Attorney/Supporter, who do you think the DA is really protecting by not putting Careccia into a position to where he could upset the entire applecart of rotten apples in his office.

Doesn't this sound like a reprise of the Tankleff/McCready/Steuerman connection. Keep the guy who knows the most from being in a situation where he would upset the rotten applecart - Jerry Steuerman.

Funny thing, if you can call it funny is that Det.Sgt Robert Doyle was deeply involved in both cases: Ray and Tankleff, and Doyle is being sued by Team Tankleff for his civil rights violations that put him in jail for 17 years.

Remarkable conincidence, isn't it?

Spota is a bad DA.
Spota is a crook.
Jimmy Burke is his chief investigator
Jimmy Burke was his 14 year old witness in a well known homicide in 1979.
James Hickey is a liar.
James Hickey was cited by a judge in 1992 as a cop that tortured a man for a confession.
Joe Careccia, the prosecution's main witness was Jimmy Burke's neighbor from 1998-2002.

Peter Ghattas was murdered only 3 weeks after he was brought to Spota's office and gave information on Careccia.

Joe Careccia is free as a bird and was allowed to go back to Florida where he engaged in widespread fraud and branched out into extortion.

I have a few hundred of these, but I don't want to bore you to death.

Better yet, don't bother to read my long posts. I only write them for the few that need to know just how corrupt their law enforcement officers really are.
