ha...funny, u right, but i think it would bring in money first due to the holidays coming, definitely a risk opening all these stores, but if economy picks up and people wanna spend money especially in dix hills cause they got money...u see those houses (50 cent!!!), it either gonna be good or gonna be gardiner manor mall of the early 90's

I had to drive to work on W. Jefryn... what a NIGHTMARE!! I hope things get better, or all these politicians and developers who poo pooed the traffic concerns are going to have egg on their faces. Seriously - whose bright idea was it to build an outlet mall in the armpit of Deer Park's industrial zone??

PS South bay in west babylon is much better because its cheaper. its 7.50 a ticket . even cheaper before 3 (could have gone up to 8).

so why go to those over priced theaters. yes this one isnt as purdy (lol) but its cheaper and thats what matters.

long island is one of the poorest paying locales in all of america. we are in the worst economic crisis since the depression and the magic fix has happened-another mall selling stuff that most people dont need.

more often than

not, kohls, target, among other stores sell similar or identical products for less $$. most of the workers at the new tanger are minimum wage or slightly above. placing it adjacent to commack road which couldnt handle the traffic before tanger, was a genius move <<sarcasm>>

last but not least, what will this new tanger do to the bellport outlets and the original tanger in riverhead?

So what, you are all whiners. In a few weeks all the ruckus will be over, and your town will get a ton of tax revenue that will offset the losses due to the bad financial markets and plummeting taxes due to the real estate crisis.

Long Island has long been killing good business projects and costing us the tax payer way to much money with there unreasonable wishes to keep everyone they do not like out, and our taxes sky high.

Spielberg wanted to open up a Hollywood like studio in Bethpage and on the east end, but long island didn't want Fa66ots coming here, or as they so delicately put it "those kinds of people"

When Six Flags wanted to take over the old Edgewood Sanitarium and create an amusement park, Melville and Huntington got together to block it and gave us the Huntington Quadrangle and many other office buildings that do nothing for the area.

These 2 projects promised to make great improvements to there respective areas and help keep taxes down while addressing the communities needs for better schools and better roads by making generous donations. Plus all the high paying jobs they would have created for your kids when they graduate college you put your house into hock just to pay for.

Be greatful that you have something in your town that will keep taxes low and stop being ignorant mean spirited pr icks.

I hope the voters remember Babylon Town Supervisor Steve Bellone, Huntington Town Supervisor Frank Petrone and their Town Board Members for shoving this development project down the throats of their constituents in 2009 when they try to get re-elected.

Kohl's sells seconds - none of their clothes fit properly. That's why they lowball the prices. You cannot compare that store to designer stores.

Daily Horoscope for December 11

Sagittarius

Moodiness is never far away today, making you over-react to problems and giving you a tendency to take out your feelings on your nearest and dearest. If someone asks you what's really wrong, you'll struggle to explain and may even have to give up because you can't put it into words. It's like an itch that you can't scratch, and you don't know where it stems from or what it means.
