If there is a God out there, the person who did this will be found and will be made to suffer beyond the inhumane pain he caused this animal. I am sickened by the fact that someone who is so desensitized to the pain of others walks among us. His parent(s) should be ashamed. You have completely failed as an adult if you raise a monster that could do something like this.

I am not a fan of pit bulls, but this is a horribly and disgusting crime !! What sick bastard would do this to any living being is sick and in serious need of mental help/being commited. If this is a person that got a kick out off torturing and basically murdering an innocent living being, god knows what they might do to any person or god forbid a child. Believe me, if i had the money, i would match that reward amount. I wish the person responsible is found soon and suffers his/her worst nightmare as punishment. What is so frightening is that if you can do this to an animal I truly beleive that these people would hurt a human!!! My animals are my children I can not imagine how afraid that poor dog was!!! GOD must be crying!!!

Even if this scum is caught, the laws involving Animal Cruelty isn't sufficient. The law needs to be changed. Watch Animal Planet and see some of the horrors committed against these helpless creatures. Support the local humane society's and ASPCA.

Oh my god... I just read about this story... That is sooo sad...That poor dog.... This person should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.. Possibly even tie them to a tree and set them on fire...My heart goes out to that poor dog.. and praise to the people who tried to save him....

That is so horrible to hear. My heart goes out to the family of this dog. I hope that the person who did this is caught before they act upon anyone else's animal. I do not particularly like pit-bulls, but that is cruel to do to any animal.
