What Time is this going to happen.? Its great he is going to come over the freeway. The sad part is he is just going to waste our time unless he has a plan and that plan has to be the city taking responsibility for getting the water to the pond ALL year. Now after talking to him already I can tell you that it is not going to happen. He is just going say the same thing over and over and over. It will go something like this. It is the residents of springtown who did this to them self's you are the ones who voted for it to be this way. Maybe he needs to come and sit at the pond for 2 hours one day. That is all it would take him to see how important the pond is to Livermore.

Maybe he is right, and you should stop complaining.

Well The little speech from the Mayor went down just like I said it would. The Mayor did everything in his power to clean his hands on this. Sorry Mayor but YOU KILLED THE FISH!!!! You were told about this in time to save the 15 year old fish and the only thing you did was pass the message over to Dan and all he did was call evergreen. What good is that going to do. They as in Evergreen does not have money for the water to fill the pond YOU KNOW THIS!! Not only that they had to let all the grass DIE for the very same reason. No DAM water. This City has no problem giving Los Positas Millions of our tax money every year and then they turn around and loan them a butt load of money. My take on all of this is Dan is the real problem Los Pos is his little baby and that is is only reason he works for Livermore. I meet him and don't care for him. The City needs to pay for the water and they need do any paperwork for the permits. I say DRILL 3 WELLS.

One more thing. This is to the lady that said a cops salary had nothing to do with the water in the pond. If you would have keep your big ass trap closed for 10 more seconds you would have seen were I was going with it.

Lisa this was not about me wanting help. It is about city owned property that was endangering the residents and wildlife.

Ya, I get it. Your approach is a part of the problem your neighborhood experiences. You come across as being belligerent, try toning it down a notch and see what level of response your neighborhood gets. The way you lash out is a huge turn off. You don't see that you're your own worst enemy.

Lisa, I am talking slowly right now O K. All I wanted was for the pond to be filled. Now after all the talking I feel we are at the same place we were when I first called the city two years ago. I remember how I contacted the city. I sent them a online service request and that is all I ever did before. Its always worked before. I am also the one who ask for a crosswalk at Heather and Bluebell for my daughter. 3 weeks after the work order I got a call telling me it was done. That was about 12 years ago.

That's great, and I think it's wonderful that you care about your community. Unfortunately sometimes it seems as though things take more effort than they should, and it's frustrating. I'm not trying to parent you or bash you - I understand, been there.

I just think that it's a shame when someones passion starts to sound aggressive [due to the unnecessary obstacles] then everyone loses out... doors and ears close and the chance to get the issue resolved often goes away too.

Hang in there, breathe and keep up the good fight. I.e. don't let 'them' win [get off the hook/be lazy/ignore you etc] by losing your cool...
