Not guilty. Not guilty. Not guilty. Not guilty.

If you don't believe it just look at him. Not guilty. Not guilty. Let him go now and save the trouble of having to feed and cloth him.

What a nice person he is. Buying his girl a lottery ticket. You can't blame him, he probably had a poor childhood or something. Nice guys like this should be released so that we all get a chance to meet him. We must ban hammers!

Lock them both up. For wasting the police time.

I guess by the look on his face he thinks its funny to nearly beat someone half to death with a hammer. And that's someone he loves. Guess what he would do to you for your wallet. Just another fine Antioch citizen. Keep them coming Qakland and Richmond.

He is and always has been abusive since I've known him. I. Know from experience how violent he is... and he was even more violent on drugs. That's why I put him in jail in 2005, assult. He lives off women and is a woman beater! The Antioch police have been called on him for his assaults so many times, yet they never did anything about it. They always let him go with no consequence.... Maybe if they had done something ...maybe she wouldn't have been beaten with a hammer!

sorry Laura, but 'round here in Oakioch the police MUST not harass, bother, disturb, attempt to pull over or profile ANYONE of color for the lawsuits that will proceed from such actions will be mind boggling to say the least!

Wow!! That is so disturbing on so many levels! Hey "Had Enough Already" Is it counted as harrassing or disturbing when police reports like mine were made?? I wont come back home ro see my family because of him; it's not safe. Does anyone know what the outcome of this case is/ was?
