Antioch: Man tried to lure child into his car near Sutter Elementary
Antioch school officials are warning parents after a strange man tried to lure a boy into his car Thursday afternoon.

The boy is young and should have been under the watchful eye of a teacher until a recognizable face approached. To me, it appears that no one was close enough to the boy to witness this incident. I don't think this man would have approached the child if there was an adult around him. It should be mandatory that kids stay in their group with the teacher and not let any of them wander off...perhaps, in an enclosed secure area. I feel parents give too much independence to their young children, which can increase the kids' chances of being kidnapped. If you want to keep your child, seriously secure his or her surroundings...because this world is getting worse every day. This is reality, no paranoia!
