Pittsburg Taser case damages award upheld
A federal appeals court has upheld $250,000 in damages to a Pittsburg man who was shot with a Taser by police and hospitalized after an angry and profane exchange outside a neighbor's home in 2008.

5 ears to settle for the wrong doing of Government. Comon, of course they(government authority) use the wait till the other is dead, then no settlement.
