A woman suspected of identity theft and registering fraudulent businesses in several Bay Area cities was arrested in Antioch on Thursday, the police department reported Friday. via News10.net

This so-called woman is an obvious con artist. Any one could see that just by looking at her! It is so sick what she has done and I am glad the law finally caught up with her! Beware of this woman who opens companies, claims to be hiring, then steals your identity using the information from your employment application. She tends to open "care homes" such as:

Resource & Service Center for Seniors, Inc.
Tender Loving Homecare, Inc.
Senior Resources & Services, Inc.

She resides in Antioch and picks a local church and prey on members. She also claims to be a CPA but she is not. She is African American and in her 40's. She has even used her daughter with a disability to gain people's trust. But beware, she is very evil and manipulative.
