Santa Rosa rejects zoo plea

Why cant we put the money where the community would benefit,the zoo is a wonderful learning experience for children. This county has a very limited amount of tourist attactions, lets face it this town is a practical ghost town,why not keep open the one thing that brings joy to adults and children alike.
